Congratulations to Ms. Jessica Mouzon, Minor Elementary's Teacher of the Year!
Ms. Mouzon is dedicated to fostering supportive and collaborative relationships with students, families, and peers. She earned a bachelor's degree in educational studies from Emory University, master's degree from American International University, and a specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Lincoln Memorial University. Spending 17 years in the classroom, she constantly seeks ways to extend her abilities to better meet students’ needs and achieve continued success, collaborating school and district wide. She is currently teaching 4th Grade at Minor Elementary and serves as a member of the SIT (School Improvement Team), and 4th Grade Team Lead.
